Amir Eshaghzadeh

I was born in England to an English mother and an Iranian father. Raised on Persian food, it has been one true constant in my life of almost 40 years. Food is a focal point for people of many cultures and none more so than Iranians.

I run a Persian catering business in Ibiza and I'm excited to present 'A Persian Sofreh'. Throughout this demonstration I will share knowledge and offer personal insight. I look forward to connecting with people passionate about food.

I will offer a step by step interactive demonstration of how to prepare truly authentic Persian dishes, 'need to know' tips on preparation, ingredients, flavour profiles and even some shortcuts that you can use in your own kitchen.

With use of  ancient techniques of rhythm and voice I try to bring subtle ways to communicate with our soul.

I was born in Iran. Since 2014 i am studying eastern music from Iran, Turkey & India.

singing teacher of the traditional style of these regions, playing Tar, Setar, and percussion. 

for this day i would offer to sing and play together  songs and rhythms that are engineered to bring joy and playfulness to our heart.
